When will my order ship?

Subscription orders are shipped each month between the 7-12th.

Currently have a 2-3 week turnaround time (though it may have been different at the time you ordered, check your receipt for accurate ship time estimate). While I do make every effort to ship in advance of that deadline, it cannot be guaranteed nor should it be expected.

When your package ships, you will receive an email (your LPD account email). Generally, when these emails are received, your package should already show acceptance and/or tracking.

It has been more than two weeks and I never received shipment tracking?

Please check you spam and junk mail folders first. If you still cannot find your notification email, please send me the email you used to make your purchase and I would be happy to look up a tracking number for you.

NOTE: Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose & is different than estimated shipping time.

I would like to make a custom request for an item.

Unfortunately, I can no longer accommodate custom requests.

Issues with an order Received?

Please send me a photo of the issue(s) you are describing, along with the order number and the email you used to place your order. The more detail you can provide me, the easier it will be for me to resolve the issue.

I ordered the wrong item…

Please send me your order number and a description of which item(s) you ordered as well as the description of the item(s) you had actually intended on ordering. I only allow swaps if the order has not begun its production cycle. I will follow up to let you know if the swap is possible or not. Digital Items are not eligible for swaps.

Can I cancel my non subscription order?

Because my shop is made to order & the nature of my product, all sales are final unless a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, however refund WILL incur a 10% restocking fee. Digital Items & items on sale are not eligible for refund or cancellation. Please provide me with your order number and the email you used to place your order and I will check where your order is within my production scheduled.

If ordering during a sale/ time specific sale & the sale code is not used at the time of order, orders will not be cancelled and/or refunded so a new order can be placed using the sale code.

Unless it’s an error on my part, items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and WILL incur a 10% restocking fee.



Subscription Billing
Billing for the physical LPD kit is processed on the 14th of the month, you will automatically renew your subscription month-to-month at the same price until you EMAIL us that you would like to discontinue your subscription.

Subscription payments are not eligible for refund in any circumstance.

Subscription Cancellation

I am currently Accepting cancellations for the January 2019 kit.

If you wish to change or cancel your subscription membership (or remove elements of your subscription), you must email us at by the 1st of the month. If you have not met your minimum commitment or cancellation after that time prior to your billing for the following kit, one-time cancellation fee of $20 per kit or subscription will be applied. If this email serves as your intent to cancel a return email will follow.

Do not cancel by canceling your recurring payments with PayPal; this will not cancel your subscription with Lauren Phelps Designs. If canceling a PayPal subscription, you will need to either provide Lauren Phelps Designs with another method of payment, or with a cancellation request at which time additional fee’s could apply (see cancellation policy above).

I cancelled via the Subscription Cancellation Button in my LPD account?
If you cancelled your account via the ‘Cancel Subscription” button in the LPD user account, you will still need to email your intent to cancel. All the terms above will still apply to your account.


Payment is due immediately. Accepted Methods of Payment: PayPal


Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority mail, depending on the weight of your package, after receipt of payment, unless you have elected to ship via a faster method. This does NOT include insurance.

Orders are packed Monday-Friday only. Orders are dropped or picked up from Port Salerno, FL on Tuesdays & Thursdays ONLY. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

All packages are shipped to the address you’ve provided. If USPS cannot confirm your address, receipt of your order could be delayed. A change of address may incur an additional charge as this takes more time with processing your order. PLEASE double check your address before placing your order! If an order is marked undelivered as address or returned to sender, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: I pack each order by hand to avoid any potential damages in shipping. Should something happen, I am not responsible for damages, lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped & been accepted by the carrier, it is out of my control. Buyer is responsible for taking all measures to find a lost package. (This includes reaching out to your local postal office.)

If a package has not arrived 31 business days past (US) or 46 days (INT) the USPS departure scan date & buyer has made documented personal attempts to locate shipment with USPS, (on a case by case basis) seller may agree to send a second package.

Package value is automatically populated on the customs form directly from the invoice. No changes will be made to these legal documents. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.



I reserve the right to cancel any order without question, at any given time, to any given buyer. The transaction will be completely refunded and canceled. I reserve the right to block transactions from buyers who do not follow the guidelines of my shop policies or subscription membership minimum requirements.

Each item sold in this shop is copyrighted by Lauren Phelps Designs, Lauren Phelps. Copyright does not transfer with sale. Items are meant to be used as a design tool, not as a final product. Items are only to be used by the purchaser & are not to be shared.


The digital paper pack is perfect for planner stickers, photography, scrap booking, invitations, gift & box wrapping, party decor, planner dashboards, nail art and many more!

NONE of the art created by Lauren Phelps Designs may be used to create items, fabric, wallpaper or other rolled papers on sites such as ‘Spoonflower’, ‘Zazzle’ or other custom printing sites.


You CAN use my graphics on personal or non-profit projects without credit as long as NO MONEY is made. You may not sell, resell, share, or claim any part of the designs as your own when using for Personal Use.

Resell my products as they are, redistribute the digital files, resell as clip art, printables, printable die cuts or any digital printable, borders, frames, etc..

Offer my items as freebies, or claim designs as your own.

The Credit Required Commercial License gives you the right to use a purchased item at Lauren Phelps Designs in products for sale (100 copies sold or less). The Credit Required License gives you the right to my designs as long as it is incorporated into your own design & you have shared on the page you are selling that are artwork/graphics were created by
