REFUNDS & RETURNS

Because my shop is made to order & considering the nature of my product, all sales are final unless a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, however a refund WILL incur a 10% restocking fee. Digital Items, pre-sale items & items on sale are not eligible for refund or cancellation. Please provide me with your order number and the email you used to place your order and I will check where your order is within the 24 hour cancellation period.

If ordering during a sale/ time specific sale & the sale code is not used at the time of order, orders will not be cancelled and/or refunded so a new order can be placed using the sale code. Additionally, if item is discounted more than 50% and missed in packing, a refund will be given in place of a new shipment.

Unless it’s an error on my part, items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
